Refund and Returns Policy for Carrevacity

2. How to Return an Item

Step 3: Prepare Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) you are returning. Ensure that all original packaging, tags, and documentation are included. If possible, use the original box to prevent damage during shipping.

Step 4: Ship the Return: Send the item(s) back to the address provided with the Return Authorization Number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for valuable items, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
3. Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please note the following details regarding the refund process:

Refund Processing Time: Refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your returned items. During peak times (e.g., holidays), this may take a bit longer.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may be applied to certain returns, especially for items returned after the 30-day window, items returned without original packaging, or items not in original condition. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
4. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product. You can then return the original item using our standard return process.
We’ll assist you throughout the process to make sure you get the items you love, but please note that exchange requests are handled as separate transactions (return + new order).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We strive to deliver your items in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will do everything we can to make it right. Please follow these steps if you receive a damaged or defective product:
